SHIPPING POLICY
Where We Ship
Orvayla currently ships to the United States and Canada. We are unable to ship outside these regions at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is complimentary on every order. There is no minimum order value to qualify.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, expected delivery times are:
United States: 5–10 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
Some pieces — particularly those from our European ateliers — may take longer to arrive due to international transit. Where applicable, the longer timeframe will be noted on the product page.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent to your email address as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@orvayla.com.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped to Canada, any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by Canadian customs. These charges are separate from your order total and Orvayla shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@orvayla.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@orvayla.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the package and the items inside. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may incur a re-shipping fee.
